Ok SERIOUSLY rant coming on. I am so f**kin sick of people tagging things as pro-mia or bulimia to get more views. Bulimia is not cool, its not healthy and its not nice.
Now, before i get a load of wannabes telling me i have no idea, yes i understand that its a serious illness and ITS HARD. I was bulimic for 7 years and I have ONLY been purge free for 8 months now but thanks to my bulimia i had to have my GALL BLADDER removed because i had damaged my body so much.
Throwing up at your SCHOOL prom is not glamourous.
BULIMIA is SICK. literally.
If you want recovery i will support.
If you are pro-mia I want NOTHING to do with you.
+ To Love Doing Exercise. I Mean The Only Exercise I Love At The Moment Is Sex (But Hey It Burns Calories Right)
+ To Be Able To Cook My Favourite Low Fat Soups Without The Recipe Because I Have Done It So Many Times
+ To Be Able To Go Into A Shop And Not Worry About Whether The Size Large Will Fit Me!
Calorie intake to be between 1200 and 1400 everyday :)

I am going to restart soon but Im happy at the moment :) Going gym everyday next week :D
Dont ask me why but I am suddenly accepting of my body. Im going to eat healthy and go to the gym because i want to be a well oiled baby making machine :D
Soooo I STILL Havent weighed in! Im getting a little edgy about it now, but on the bright side i havent had a single binge or negetive feeling since i vowed not to weigh in!
I have decided however i will weigh in on the 1st of every month.
So May 1st 2011: 12 Stone 12lbs
June 1st 2011; Goal is to be 12 Stone 4lbs at least :)
Today i am having pancakes and natural yoghurt for breakfast, sandwich and an apple for lunch, a weightwatchers meal for dinner (Im on a 1 to 9 shift at work and wont want to cook when im home) And some fruit in between!!
Im now also taking a multivitamin, extra vitamin d (Im deficiant cause of my surgery) and also extra calcium!

So when i get back from MAJORCA (Sooo excited im going friday at 5am!!)
I am going to be doing a mixture of yoga, pilates, zumba and POLE DANCING :)

It can be hard sometimes in the online world to find likeminded people, and to be honest a lot of healthy blog owners don’t accept me because I am honest if I’ve had a bad day and purged.
Although i am 9 months purge free tomorrow :D

I still haven’t weighed in. But I am feeling a lot healthier, so i don’t want to weigh yet because i don’t want to because when i get into the habit of weighing all the time i start to get the guilt and the binging and purging … and I am RECOVERED i don’t want a relapse thankyou very much.
I am going on holiday to majorca on friday!!
And then when i get back I am going to POLE DANCING FITNESS classes :) Excited much <3

I am eating well. Lots of fresh home made food, and for the first time in a long while i feel HEALTHY.
